CCA-employees can still use this website to shop, but additional steps during the checkout are required to complete the order:
- Add items to your cart as needed
- In checkout, designate your craft as "CCA" in the dropdown
- Once CCA is selected, you will be required to upload a copy of your postal uniform purchase authorization letter from your manager. You can upload the letter as a Word document, PDF, or picture (jpeg, png).
- Please list the best daytime phone number to reach you and other details as required, and then submit.
- Once we receive your order online, a member of our team will review the order, your letter, and then call you to verify the order further for shipping.

We do not ship internationally.
Exchanges: we will accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All exchanges must be in unworn condition with tags. You are welcome to exchange either online or in-person at our store. In-stock items will be shipped immediately upon receiving your exchange. If a size or item is out of stock, we will contact you with an expected ship date. Customer will be responsible for sending back an exchange, and we recommend shipping back to us via a trackable carrier. To start an exchange, please contact our store at 312.212.1439 or send an email at exchanges@mailmanuniforms.com with your order number and requested sizes and/or items for exchange.
For returns and exchanges due to an error on our part, we will cover all shipping charges.
For returns and exchanges of altered items such as pants, we will accept these on a case-by-case basis. To find out if your item is acceptable for return/exchange, please call us.
Orders not picked-up within a week will be returned to store stock.

- All customers are required to wear a mask for entry into the store.
- No more than 2 customers are allowed in-store.
- Maintain 6 feet distance from others within the store.
- If you prefer to wait in your car, please call us to let us know you are here and we will bring your order out to you.
- If you are sick or feel sick, we ask that you do not visit the store, and we are happy to ship your order to you.

All you have to do is:

• Find the product you’re looking for. You can find items organized by your profession, by product, or by brand.
• Once you’ve found your desired product, choose the size and quantity and then click the “Add to Cart” button.
• Go back to “Shop” if you’d like to add any more items to your order. When you’re done shopping, click the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the window to go to your cart.
• Review your order details, apply any coupons, and click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
• Fill in your information, including your employee designation, station name, zip code, and phone number. For CCA employees, be sure to attach your CCA Authorization Letter.
• Fill in your payment information if paying by credit or debit card. For CCA employees, click “Order by Phone” and we will contact you by phone to complete your order.
• Agree to the terms and click “Place Order” to submit your order.
